Famously modelled by Jennifer Lopaz, Guess watches became a sensation in 2018 after its advertising campaign featured this popular A-lister.
Guess was primarily known for its denim after the Marciano brothers left France for America in 1981 in pursuit of their dream to become fashion designers. They shot to fame after Bloomindale placed an order for 24 pairs of jeans which were bought within hours of being on the shop floor. They still run the brand today.
It was the Guess brand that designed Marty McFly’s custom clothing specifically for the film Back to the Future.
Whilst it has not all been plain sailing for the Brand, Guess fought off a huge sweatshop boycott in the 1990s and early 2000s, the brand has gone from strength the strength and branched out into accessories including watches
